We only provide professional therapeutic treatments to our clients. If during the treatment any sexual-related service is requested, the therapist will stop treatment and all monies paid are non-refundable.

REMEDIAL TREATMENT MASSAGE – Please supply us with accurate medical information before the treatment, so that we may best meet your needs.

GIFT VOUCHERS have no restrictions and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Valid gift vouchers must be presented, or full treatment price will be charged.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the time for your appointment as we would like you to receive full benefit of treatment. And notice if you are late, your treatment will be reduced and full rates will apply.

Booking for Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday should be made at least 24 hours prior to avoid disappointment.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellation thereafter may be subject to a 50% charge.
